Any timely guaranteed deliveries must be shipped Express Mail or via logistic air freights. .We always carefully select the best parrot eggs for incubation and hatching, though collecting eggs from different breeders can make us have a mixup with the laying dates and as a result, in rare cases some eggs might show signes of hatching during shipment, in such cases urgent need to halt the shipment and hatch the eggs would be very neccessary. At such times, the shipping company will have to update the buyer about the delay and the new expected delivery date, and also the shipping company would negotiate the hatching process with eggs owner . away from our parrots, Our ostrich live in large group paddocks so the rate of fertility is very good in our parrot hatching eggs. This means that our birds are free of viral infections, pathogenic bacterial infections, fungal infections, and congenital defects.Breeder Health Guarantee: All birds come with a 72-hour limited health guarantee. If not we will replace the bird or give a full refund on the purchase price, if proven not to be healthy at the time of sale. Once a bird leaves our home, circumstances and conditions are beyond our control, therefore we cannot guarantee the birds beyond this 72-hour period. If you’re avian veterinarian performs a health examination within the allotted time period (72 hours) and discovers a problem too costly to cure, or a problem that cannot be cured, we will replace the bird with one of the same kind or value, or buy the bird back For that you must relinquish the bird back to me with a letter from the vet explaining the nature of the illness. This letter must be on the vet’s official letter pad with vet rubber stamp seal. The bird will be replaced or a refund of the full purchase price will be made.In the event that the bird dies within 72-hours of purchase, you must immediately refrigerate (not freeze) the bird’s body in a sealed plastic bag and deliver the death bird within 12 hours to a qualified avian vet for necropsy to determine the cause of death. Before getting refund the death bird photos and video want to be shown to us including the identification band.It is understood that Seller will in no way be responsible for any veterinarian medical bills, including charges for a necropolis, or refund of any shipping charges if the bird was originally shipped to you. Buyer also understands that if the leg band is removed from the bird, the Health Guarantee is null and void. The veterinarian must reference band number with the reason why the band removed, when explaining any disease or cause of death.

How does shipping work?
We take care of the flight/shipping arrangements for all our customers. All a customer has to do is to pickup their baby at their nearest airport with a Valid I.D. Simple and Safe!
We’ll coordinate flight times with our customer a few days in advance before the bird is being shipped (weather permitting). We’ll drop off the bird at our airport and the customer will pick up the bird at their nearest major airport. Customers is supplied with the airline, flight number(s), air waybill number, and flight arrival time prior to departure. A direct flight will arrive within 3-6 hours depending on your state. Is shipping safe for the birds?
Yes, of course!!! Our pet carriers are well designed to ensure our bird(s) enjoy their flight to their destination. We provide food, water and soft bedding inside the shipping carriers to make sure the baby is comfortable while traveling. In addition, we train our bird(s) to be in a pet carrier daily for a few mins to ensure they don’t get stressed while traveling during their flight.
What is inside/on top of the shipping carrier?
A weaned bird comes with extra food (Pellets/Seeds mix) inside a ziplock lock bag that will last you a few days.
Un-weaned bird comes with a hand-feeding syringe, pellets/seeds that the baby is being weaned on and baby formula that will last you a few days.
Manila folder with an Avian vet health certificate, disease testing lab report, bird care (Tips and Advice), favorites fruits/veggies list and hatch certificate is attached on top of every shipping carrier.
Does the price of a bird on our website include shipping or DNA?

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is an additional $185 nationwide. Any state, any airport. Airline approved shipping crate is $65.
Do we guarantee our shipping and what’s the return policy?
Yes, all our birds are guaranteed to arrive at your airport safely. All sales are final when the birds are shipped. There are no returning the birds. We have a 24 hour limit of notification, after deliver of the birds, of any death at the point of delivery, specified on the order. Immediate inspection is necessary to insure damage didn’t occur during shipping and the birds are alive at delivery. We will replace the dead bird or refund the cost of the bird one time, but not the shipping cost (Don’t worry, this has never happened to us).
Do birds come with a health guarantee?
Yes, all our weaned birds come with a full health guarantee. We provide our customers with 7 days health guarantee to take the bird(s) to an avian veterinarian. If an avian veterinarian states that the bird was Unfit for sale (not healthy), a certificate/paperwork must be presented to SK AVIARY within 24 hours of exam for exchange or full refund of the bird(s). All our birds (weaned or un-weaned) are DISEASE TESTED negative for Polyomavirus (PVD), Avian Borna virus (ABV), Proventricular Dilatation Disease (PDD), Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD), and Chlamydia psittaci. We provide paperwork with every bird we sell.
Bringing your new bird home…. (Settling in)
When you get home, put your bird in the cage andlet him/her be. He/She needs time to adjust to his/her surroundings. No matter how cute he/she is, how much you want to show him/her off, or how much the kids want to have him/her perch on their fingers,let your bird be.
Give him/her a day of peace to adjust. Offer him/her water, fruits/veggies along with pellets/seed mix as soon you get home.
